01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or accessing any course material on PIP Hunter Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PIP Hunter Academy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Account Registration

To access course content, you must register for an account using accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@piphunteracademy.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not sharing your account login or course materials with any other person.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions may result in permanent suspension.

03 Course Access & Refund Policy

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to your enrolled course(s) for the period specified at checkout (lifetime access unless otherwise stated).

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@piphunteracademy.com.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds where course content has been downloaded or substantially consumed.
• Access may be revoked at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms.

04 Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorise PIP Hunter Academy to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

• Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Failed or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of course access.
• Promotional pricing is only valid for the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively.

05 Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to videos, lesson notes, PDFs, charts, graphics, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of PIP Hunter Academy and is protected by international copyright law.

Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access course materials for their own educational purposes only. You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content in any format.
• Share login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals.
• Resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any course material.
• Record live sessions without prior written consent from PIP Hunter Academy.

06 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PIP Hunter Academy for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or user accounts.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Use our platform to harass, intimidate, or harm other students or staff.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with PIP Hunter Academy.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to extract content from our platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

07 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Forex trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past results shown in our courses are not indicative of future performance. You trade at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIP Hunter Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform or course materials, including any trading losses you may incur.

08 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access our platform from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
